    Hey, my name is Javier and I’m a student at Oregon State studying Finance. I’m really into sales, entrepreneurship, and figuring out how to build a successful future for myself. Outside of school I like working out, running, concerts, and snowboarding when I can. One of my main goals is to improve my sale skills and buy my first rental property before I graduate or a cool car haven't got my priorities straight yet, and eventually reach financial freedom giving me the ability to travel as much as I want. I’m taking this class to learn how marketing actually works and how businesses get people to buy, because I know that’ll help me with what I want to do later on.

 I picked Monster Energy because it is one of the most popular drinks right now, and I see people drinking it all the time. I see it at the gym, at school, in stores, and online. A lot of people use it for workouts, gaming, work, or just to wake up. Monster also has strong social media pages, so I thought it would be a good brand to study for this assignment.
